We send our parcels in recyclable paper and do not use plastic filling. When a protective plastic wrap is necessary, we choose a material that naturally decomposes within 90 days.

Thoughtful packaging matters.
Packaging is an important and inseparable part of our business. That is why we try to recycle and reuse packaging that has already been used whenever possible.
We believe the quality of what is inside a parcel matters more than a perfect-looking package that will ultimately become waste for the recipient – even when it is sorted for recycling.
Whenever possible, we use packaging from other businesses that would otherwise become waste. To fill parcels, we use filling from deliveries from our suppliers, outdated leaflets and other promotional materials. We shred unnecessary documents and use the resulting material as parcel filling too. Material that can no longer be reused is carefully sorted and placed in separate waste containers.
From time to time, customers write to us about goods packed with shredded magazines, newspapers and similar materials. We explain that we try to act responsibly to save natural resources and energy that have already been used to make them. Most customers understand that receiving quality goods on time matters more than receiving them in brand-new packaging two weeks later.
